Uncompleted Services


At Grumpy Turtle Auto Care, we strive to provide the highest quality detailing services to our valued customers. However, as the weather can significantly impact the detailing process and results, we have established the following weather policy to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

Inclement Weather: In cases of inclement weather, such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, snow, or other adverse conditions, we may need to reschedule appointments for the safety of our staff, equipment, and your vehicle. We will make every effort to notify customers in advance of any necessary rescheduling due to weather conditions.
  2. Temperature Restrictions: Extreme temperatures, either too hot or too cold, can affect the performance of detailing products, equipment, and staff, and may hinder the quality of service. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if the ambient temperature is outside the recommended range for our safety and services.
  3. Flexible Scheduling: We understand that weather forecasts can change, and unexpected conditions may arise. Customers are encouraged to contact us in case of uncertainty about the weather leading up to their scheduled appointment. We will work together to find a suitable solution.
  4. Deposits and Cancellations: For appointments that need to be rescheduled due to weather conditions, any deposits made will be transferred to the new appointment. Completed Services

While we take all necessary precautions during the detailing process, we cannot guarantee the vehicle's condition in the face of unpredictable and uncontrollable weather events. We want to emphasize that any changes in the vehicle's condition due to post-detailing weather are unintended and beyond our control.
  2. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are encouraged to take note of the weather conditions following the completion of the detailing service. If adverse weather is anticipated or experienced, it is the customer's responsibility to take appropriate precautions, such as parking the vehicle in a covered area, until the weather stabilizes.
  3. No Guarantee Against Weather-Related Changes: Grumpy Turtle Auto Care does not provide a guarantee against changes in the vehicle's appearance or the effectiveness of detailing treatments resulting from post-service inclement weather. We are not liable for any weather-related effects on the vehicle once the detailing service is completed.
  4. Communication with the Company: If customers have concerns or questions related to the vehicle's condition after detailing and believe it may be related to inclement weather, we encourage prompt communication with our team. Our team will work with customers to address concerns and explore potential solutions, though we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
